If you're not happy with your purchase within 30 days, email us and we'll refund you — no questions asked.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All Pro license purchases come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If DupeClear Pro doesn't work as advertised on your machine, or if you're unhappy for any reason, email us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund.
We don't make you prove anything, jump through hoops, or explain yourself at length. A short email with your order reference is all we need.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with:
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order or transaction reference number
- A brief note about what went wrong (optional, but it helps us improve)
We'll confirm and process the refund within 1–2 business days. The funds typically appear back on your payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
After a Refund
Once a refund is issued, your Pro license key is deactivated. The app will revert to the free tier on your next launch. You're welcome to re-purchase at any time if your situation changes.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline a refund request in cases of clear policy abuse — for example, a pattern of repeated purchases and refund requests across multiple orders. This is rare; the policy exists to protect honest customers, not to be gamed.
Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date are handled case-by-case. Reach out and we'll do our best to help.
Free Tier
DupeClear Pro's free tier is genuinely free and requires no payment. There is nothing to refund for free tier users.
