Terms of Service

The terms governing your use of eSupplyTech software and this website.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of eSupplyTech's website (app.esupplytech.com) and software products, including DupeClear Pro and TheBraid Flow (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. License Grant

Free tier

Subject to these Terms, eSupplyTech grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the free tier of our desktop software on one computer for personal or business use.

Pro license

Upon purchasing a Pro license, eSupplyTech grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to activate and use the Pro tier of the applicable software on one computer. The license key you receive is tied to the first machine you activate it on.

A Pro license is a one-time purchase that includes use of the current major version and all minor updates within that version. We do not charge upgrade fees for minor updates.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your license key to others
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except to the extent permitted by applicable law
  • Use the software to provide a competing service or product
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices, license labels, or attribution within the software
  • Use the software for any unlawful purpose

3. Purchases and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Purchases are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Gumroad or Stripe). By purchasing, you also agree to that processor's terms. eSupplyTech does not store your payment card details.

Your license key will be delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. If you do not receive it within one hour, check your spam folder and then contact us at [email protected].

4. Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund if the software does not work as described on your machine. To request a refund, email us within 30 days of purchase with your order reference and a description of the issue. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to be abuse of this policy (e.g., requesting a refund after extended use).

5. Updates and Continuity

We may release updates, bug fixes, or new features for our software at our discretion. We do not guarantee a specific update schedule. In the event we discontinue a product, we will provide at least 90 days' notice and continue to deliver the last released version to existing licensees.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ESUPPLYTECH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

In plain terms: while we work hard to make reliable software, we cannot guarantee it will be error-free or that it will meet every user's needs in every environment.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ESUPPLYTECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 (USD), whichever is greater.

DupeClear Pro includes a Recovery Bin specifically to reduce the risk of accidental permanent data loss. We strongly recommend reviewing scan results before confirming any deletion. eSupplyTech is not responsible for data lost due to user error.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services — including software, trademarks, logos, and website content — are owned by eSupplyTech or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. Feedback or suggestions you share with us may be used by eSupplyTech to improve the Services without obligation to you.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you materially breach these Terms and fail to cure the breach within 14 days of notice. Upon termination, the license grants above end, but Sections 6, 7, 8, and 11 survive.

You may stop using the Services at any time. No refund is owed for early termination by your choice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
